The Emotion Code and Body Code are gentle, non-invasive energy healing modalities that use muscle testing, a method used in applied kinesiology, to communicate with the subconscious mind. Through this process, we explore and work to release trapped emotional energies, unresolved feelings and experiences that may become stored in the body's tissues and energy field over time.
Everything in existence is energy, including our emotions. When emotional energy may become trapped in the body, it can potentially disrupt the natural flow of your life force, and may show up as:
