I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP), Certified Body Code Practitioner (CBCP), Human Design Guide and Career Coach with 20+ years of experience in recruiting, business development and operations. I have sat on both sides of the hiring table, built a business from the ground up, and navigated my own career pivots and burnout. That lived experience is the foundation of everything I do.

I have navigated career pivots, professional burnout, and the kind of personal growth that only comes from doing the real inner work. I know what it feels like to push through when everything in you is asking for something different.​

I believe true transformation requires support on every level, strategic, energetic and deeply personal. As a 2/4 Pure Generator with an Incarnation Cross of Service, being of real, meaningful service to the people I work with is not just what I do. It is WHO I am.
My Story
I have always been someone who leads with heart.
​
Whether I was managing a restaurant, recruiting students for college, co-founding a business, or placing healthcare IT leaders across the country, the thread running through all of it was the same: I genuinely care about people and helping them feel seen, heard and supported.
​
Getting here was not a straight line.
​
I grew up in a household impacted by alcoholism, which shaped me in ways I would not fully understand until much later in life. I learned early how to be strong and take care of others. What I did not learn early enough was how to take care of myself, or how much those early experiences were quietly shaping my health and my path.
​
For years I navigated chronic digestive discomfort that traditional medicine could not explain. It was not until I discovered The Emotion Code, The Body Code and Human Design that I began to truly understand what was going on beneath the surface. Those modalities did not just support my well-being. They changed the way I understood myself and my life.
​
So, I got certified. And then I kept going, like a true Generator does!
​
I wove it all together: recruiting expertise, career coaching, certified energy healing and Human Design. The professional and the personal. The strategic and the soulful. Because lasting change rarely comes from strategy alone. It comes from addressing the whole person.
